Devi received a myriad of different comments on this claim, including some suggesting that Temu was known for copying designer outfits.

Therefore, in the same thread, she responded, “‘wah wah wah temu steals designs!’ a) THIS dress design ORIGINATED on temu/shein b) hard for me to believe it’s not from temu given that the primary retailers of her bag are amazon and aliexpress.”

What the Comments Actually Said
Despite her response, most people online weren’t concerned with where the dress came from. On Facebook, one commenter had just a mild critique, “The model definitely wore it better. His wife couldn’t do the waist.”

But that was more or less the lone dissenting voice. From there, the tone shifted firmly in Jennifer’s favor.
