Lindsay Michelle Lampert, RN – North Carolina Board of Nursing license information. Photo of her was not found by the poster. Mentioned in public allegations by Shardé Sherrill.
She claims they too had Er’mias in an unlicensed room, watched him in distress without speaking up, listened to the lies given to the family, failed to document the vomiting after the first propofol dose, and allowed the child to leave in an ambulance knowing his parents were in the waiting area, completely unaware of what was happening.

“YOU DIDN’T SPEAK UP FOR THE WRONGDOING!!” she writes.

Beyond naming individuals, Sherrill’s post paints a picture of systemic failure that day. She states that nobody in the room spoke up for her son and that it took three minutes to even start CPR, with staff performing CPR for 45 minutes without notifying the parents. She claims everyone wanted to cover for each other.

She further criticizes the NC Medical Board for leaving Dr. Snow’s license active, allowing her to continue working while under investigation. Sherrill accuses Detective Ocampo of the Greensboro Police Department of not doing her job, and says DA Avery Crump and others are trying to claim her son died of natural causes without sitting down with the family or fully reviewing the autopsy.

“A healthy toddler cannot die of natural causes!!! My son would still be alive if we didn’t go to Valleygate Dental Surgery Center that day,” she writes.

The post ends with:

“!! PLEASE DO NOT FAIL MY BABY 😢 !!”
