“They wouldn’t give me any information”: her one-year-old baby dies suffocated by a false nail, the mother is forbidden from attending the funeral

While the mother, Aylin, was at the hospital, her ex-partner arrived with his family, and a violent altercation ensued . “The father arrived at the hospital, attacked my partner, and then attacked me. Before attacking me, while I was identifying the body, he hit my father,” the mother explained to the newspaper. The man was so angry that he did everything he could to prevent his ex-partner from organizing and attending their child’s funeral . “They wouldn’t give me any information. They wouldn’t tell me when the wake would be held or where he would be buried. The father paid the funeral home to prevent me from attending ,” the mother asserted.
