Bubble wrap (about 1 square foot)
Iron
2 sheets of parchment paper
Heat-resistant surface

Steps

Place parchment paper on a heat-safe surface

Cover it with the second sheet of parchment paper
Set the iron to medium heat (no steam)
Gently press and move in circular motions
Continue until the plastic melts into one sheet
