The scrutiny surrounding Moore’s appearance did not begin at Cannes. Earlier this year, the actress sparked similar discussion during awards season, particularly after the SAG Awards in March, when some viewers commented on her noticeably slim frame.

The Surgeon Who Noticed Something Else
Dr. Tim Minton, a facial plastic surgeon at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery, offered his personal perspective online, though he was careful to stress he was speculating and had no direct knowledge of any procedures Moore may or may not have had.

Minton said he has long admired Moore and acknowledged that she appeared to go through a period of cosmetic work that drew public attention. He added that, in his opinion, her more recent appearance suggests those earlier results may have been revised successfully.

Minton speculated that the actress may have previously undergone a lip lift procedure, noting that overly aggressive work can be difficult to reverse completely.
