Why This Indian Father Spent His Daughter’s Entire Wedding Fund to Build 90 Homes

An Indian businessman named Ajay Munot, from Aurangabad in Maharashtra, had spent years saving money for his daughter Shreya’s wedding. Rather than spend it on an elaborate ceremony, he used the funds to build 90 homes for homeless families living in the local slums, completing the project in time for her wedding day in 2016.
